Production Process:
The process begins with raw astragalus root, which undergoes dry cleaning, drying, and crushing. The crushed material is then extracted with 10 times its volume of water through heated boiling, repeated three times every 2 hours. The extracts are combined, and condensed water is evaporated until a concrete with a density of 1.20 is achieved. After cooling, the concrete is stirred with ethanol, left to precipitate, and centrifuged. The sediment is further processed with ethanol, centrifuged again, and purified by removing proteins and mucinous components using a mixed solvent, yielding high-purity astragalus polysaccharide.
